Sellers give the Buyers quotes to complete the project. (private)

The Buyers screen the Sellers.

The Buyers select the best Sellers for the projects.

The Buyers and Sellers finalize the discussion. (private)

The Buyers comment on and rate the Sellers.

Sellers comment on and rate the Buyers.

The projects are archived.
